About the Role

We are currently recruiting Chefs de Partie with good English skills to join a professional kitchen team in the Netherlands. You will take responsibility for your own section, maintain high culinary standards, and contribute to a creative and supportive environment. Both locations offer stable, long-term opportunities within experienced and international brigades.

Key Responsibilities

Manage your assigned section (grill, garnish, pastry, etc.) with full accountability.

Ensure preparation, cooking, and presentation meet the restaurant's quality standards.

Maintain stock control, minimize waste, and assist with ordering when required.

Comply with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.

Support the team during service and lead by example during busy periods.

Contribute creative ideas for new dishes and seasonal menu updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience as Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef ready to step up).

Good command of English (essential).

Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment.

Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and plating styles.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

EU work permit or eligibility to work in the Netherlands.

Position:

Salary: €2,800 gross/month (minimum 38 hours/week).

Accommodation: Shared house with other hotel chefs (€600/month).

Kitchen operations: Large kitchen; à la carte restaurant; also breakfast, events, and weddings.

Service volume: covers per service.
