The beachfront resort comprises of 99 suites and villas, all with outdoor terraces and sea views, along with seven restaurants and bars.

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Culinary Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the Demi Chef De Partie carries out kitchen duties whilst ensuring smooth, coordinated team effort in the kitchen. The Demi Chef De Partie reports to the Junior Sous Chef.

As Demi Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Work closely with the Culinary team on daily operations and food quality control.

  • Ensure proper food handling, monitor raw food availability, and inspect incoming goods.

  • Attend all training sessions and participate in special events, promotions, and demonstrations.

  • Maintain a clean, presentable uniform and ensure personal hygiene.

  • Inform the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine regarding operational issues.

  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

As Demi Chef De Partie, we expect from you:

  • Valid EU Passport or Hellenic Residence Permit.

  • Globally recognized Culinary Qualification.

  • 2 years of culinary experience.

Good level in English or Greek.
