Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά έναν/μία Administration & Service Agent για την υποστήριξη και οργάνωση του τμήματος Service. Ο ρόλος αφορά τον συντονισμό και τη διοικητική διαχείριση των διαδικασιών του τμήματος, ώστε να εξασφαλίζεται η εύρυθμη λειτουργία και η άριστη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:


• Διοικητική υποστήριξη και οργάνωση του τμήματος Service.


• Καταχώριση, παρακολούθηση και αρχειοθέτηση αιτημάτων πελατών.


• Συντονισμός ραντεβού και επικοινωνία με πελάτες για την εξέλιξη των εργασιών.


• Συνεργασία με τεχνικούς για τον προγραμματισμό και την ολοκλήρωση εργασιών.


• Διαχείριση εγγράφων, τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων και επικοινωνίας με συνεργάτες.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:


• Προϋπηρεσία σε διοικητικό ρόλο (ιδανικά σε περιβάλλον service ή τεχνικής υποστήριξης).


• Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, προτεραιοποίησης και τήρησης χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.


• Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά.


• Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office και εργαλείων CRM/ERP.


• Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
