Τη δεδομένη στιγμή αναζητάμε, για λογαριασμό εταιρείας - πελάτη μας, κατασκευαστή βιομηχανικού εξοπλισμού με πελάτες βιομηχανίες τροφίμων, Back Office Administrator . Το εργοστάσιο της εταιρείας βρίσκεται στην Βιομηχανική Περιοχή Σίνδου Θεσσαλονίκης.

Βασικές αρμοδιότητες

  • Σύνταξη προσφορών στα Αγγλικά σε προµηθευτές, οίκους εξωτερικού
  • Σύνταξη προσφορών σε πελάτες
  • Διαχείριση εισερχοµένων κλήσεων και αλληλογραφίας
  • Καταχωρήσεις παραγγελιών στο Softone ERP
  • Συντονισµός δροµολογίων α υλών σε οδηγούς και µεταφορικές εταιρείες
  • Επικοινωνία µε πελάτες σε εξωτερικό και εσωτερικό

  • Αντίστοιχη επαγγελματική εμπειρία
  • Καλή γνώση συστήματος ERP
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Επιθυμητή γνώση Γερμανικών
  • Γνώση MS Office
