Payroll Assistant

Role:
We are seeking a highly organized
Payroll Assistant
to join our Payroll team. The ideal candidate will support the payroll department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to grow their career and knowledge in payroll and values confidentiality and precision.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Electronic submission of forms to public organizations (ERGANI etc.)
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll
  • Maintain accurate employee records related to payroll, benefits, and attendance
  • Collaborate with the Finance & Accounting team on reporting and audits
  • Support in ad hoc payroll projects

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of work experience in the ERGANI system, preferably in an accounting office or consulting services
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel in particular)
  • Good knowledge of payroll softwares
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
