Η εταιρεία ΑΛΙΜΑΡ ΝΤΙΒΕΛΟΠΜΕΝΤ ΑΕ, μέλος του ομίλου Κωνσταντίνου, η οποία έχει δυναμική παρουσία στον χώρο του λιανεμπορίου αθλητικών ειδών με franchise καταστήματα Adidas, αναζητά έμπειρο Area Manager για την οργάνωση, εποπτεία και ανάπτυξη του δικτύου καταστημάτων της.

Περιγραφή Θέσης

  • Οργάνωση και επίβλεψη της λειτουργίας των καταστημάτων.
  • Καθοδήγηση, υποστήριξη και αξιολόγηση Διευθυντών/Υπευθύνων καταστημάτων.
  • Παρακολούθηση και βελτίωση KPIs και επίτευξη εμπορικών στόχων.
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Αγορών, Marketing, Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, Λογιστηρίου & IT.
  • Έλεγχος αποθεμάτων, παραλαβών και διαχείριση αποθηκών.
  • Διασφάλιση σωστής εμπορικής εικόνας (βιτρίνες, συλλογές).
  • Ανάλυση πωλήσεων και παραγγελιών ανά κατάστημα.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση στο λιανεμπόριο (προτίμηση σε αθλητικά είδη).
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ομάδων και συντονισμό πολλαπλών καταστημάτων.
  • Ικανότητες ηγεσίας, επικοινωνίας και λήψης αποφάσεων.
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office.
  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Διάθεση για συνεχή εξέλιξη και αφοσίωση στην εταιρική κουλτούρα.
