Assistant Area Manager

Καθήκοντα:

  • Υποστήριξη του Area Manager στη διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης των καταστημάτων.
  • Συμμετοχή στον έλεγχο τήρησης εταιρικών διαδικασιών και πολιτικών.
  • Επίβλεψη και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού σε θέματα πωλήσεων, merchandising και εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
  • Παρακολούθηση στόχων πωλήσεων και KPIs, με προτάσεις βελτίωσης.
  • Συνεργασία με τα καταστήματα για την εξασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου λειτουργίας και εικόνας.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Εμπειρία στον χώρο της ένδυσης ή του retail θα θεωρηθεί ισχυρό πλεονέκτημα.
  • Οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office.
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών.
