Who are we looking for this position?

We are currently seeking an experienced and well-organized Sales Support Assistant based in Athens to provide the necessary support to the sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike and will provide administrative assistance as needed fostering sales processes. Key responsibilities:

  • Daily customer service via phone calls and emails.
  • Order registration and handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines.
  • Follow up of open orders in collaboration with our sales department.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Sales team support by providing data and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Excellent written and spoken command in English, holding a C2 level certification will be an asset.
  • Relevant work experience will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Excel and office software applications. Hands-on experience with ERP systems will be a major asset.
  • A team player with high level of dedication and cooperation.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
