Who are we looking for this position?

We are currently seeking an experienced and well-organized Sales Support Assistant based in Athens to provide the necessary support to our sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike and will provide administrative assistance as needed fostering sales processes. Key responsibilities:

  • Providing prompt and professional customer service
  • Order management, including order processing, order status tracking, returns and delivery issues handling
  • Collaborating with logistics and accounting to ensure order fulfillment and invoicing
  • Data entry in CRM, ERP and internal databases
  • Supporting sales team with administrative tasks, customer follow-ups and documentation
  • Preparing reports and supporting marketing or promotional campaigns when needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or sales support role, ideally in publishing or education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, holding a C2 level certification will be considered an asset
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and good general IT skills will be considered an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and flexible
