Bar Manager

για τη σεζόν 2026.

Ο/Η κατάλληλος/-η υποψήφιος/-α θα ενταχθεί σε ένα οργανωμένο και φιλικό περιβάλλον εργασίας, με στόχο την παροχή υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης στους επισκέπτες μας.

Αν θες και εσύ να είσαι το επόμενο μέλος της ομάδας μας, θα πρέπει ιδανικά να έχεις:

  • oμαδικό πνεύμα, αξίες και ήθος

  • επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες και πάθος εξυπηρέτησης του πελάτη

  • προθυμία για μάθηση και φιλοδοξία για εξέλιξη

  • αξιοπιστία, συνέπεια και επαγγελματισμό

  • προσήλωση στην αποτελεσματικότητα και επίτευξη στόχων

  • στόχο να κάνεις καριέρα στον τουρισμό και στην περιοχή μας

Πιο συγκεκριμένα, για τον απαιτητικό αυτό ρόλο θα πρέπει να έχεις/είσαι επιπλέον:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε bar / θέση ευθύνης

  • Γνώση ελληνικών, αγγλικών απαραίτητα, και γερμανικών (επιθυμητό)

  • Αποτελέσματα στα social media

  • Ευχάριστος και φιλόξενος, να ενεργείς σε ρόλο PR

  • Άριστη γνώση ποτών, cocktails, κρασιών & mixology

  • Εμπειρία σε διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και προμηθειών

  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης βαρδιών & συντονισμού προσωπικού

  • Γνώσεις κοστολόγησης και έλεγχου πωλήσεων

  • Δημιουργικότητα σε cocktail lists & προωθητικές ενέργειες

  • Τήρηση κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας (HACCP)

  • Επικοινωνιακές και ηγετικές δεξιότητες

  • Ικανότητα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών υψηλού επιπέδου

  • Ευελιξία, υπευθυνότητα & επαγγελματική εμφάνιση

  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και χειρισμού POS / Excel
