Vencia Boutique Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Pool Bar Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Pool Bar Bartender, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional poolside experience for our guests, serving refreshing cocktails, beverages, and offering friendly and attentive service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warm Welcome: Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere by the pool.

  • Beverage Service: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks, ensuring excellent quality and presentation.

  • Guest Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by attending to guest needs, offering recommendations, and ensuring that their experience at the pool bar is unforgettable.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor bar stock levels, restock as necessary, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.

  • Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure the pool bar area is clean, well-maintained, and meets all health and safety standards.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the poolside staff and kitchen team to ensure efficient service, manage guest flow, and provide a seamless experience.

  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and contributing to positive feedback.

  • Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks at once, including serving drinks, cleaning, and interacting with guests while maintaining a positive and approachable attitude.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar bartending or customer service role, ideally in a hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and drink preparation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Knowledge of poolside safety practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
