Louis Hotels, one of the biggest hotel groups in Cyprus and Greece, is seeking to recruit an ideal candidate for the Zakynthos Island:

Head Bartender

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with the Restaurant General Manager you will execute the smooth and flawless operation of the Bar and Restaurant.

  • Complete all bartender duties when necessary.

  • Develop a complete working knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and preparation.

  • Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served in the bar.

  • Ensure that all details of service are performed by the bartenders to expected standards and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.

  • Train bartenders and service team to ensure beverage knowledge and service levels are to standard.

  • Drive cocktail menu changes to ensure fresh, innovative, and seasonally accurate cocktails are available on the menu.

  • Assist with beverage procurement, beverage costing.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Hospitality/Tourism.

  • 2 years' minimum experience as a Head Bartender in a hotel with similar high standards.

  • Excellent organizational and team management skills.

  • Excellent command of English language is essential; knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, guest oriented and with a hands-on operations management approach.

  • Excellent MS Office, PMS-Computer skills.
