As an Assistant bar manager at Zuma, your role is to support smooth bar operations, ensure all standards are met, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences every step of the way. Drive the momentum and keep the Zuma bar thriving

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Mykonos, a first-of-its-kind lifestyle destination. Featuring a sleek infinity-pool, lounge, restaurant and resident DJs, our vibrant seasonal location is a dynamic lifestyle concept that captures the essence of contemporary dining and entertainment making it the dining destination in Mykonos.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Keep everything on point by maintaining quality control across all bar operations

  • Work closely with the Bar Manager on budgeting, cost control, and stock management to keep the bar running smoothly

  • Train and mentor the bar team to deliver consistently high standards

  • Take charge of stocktake and manage daily orders to ensure the bar is always well-prepped

  • Lead by example, promoting teamwork and a professional atmosphere

  • Ensure the bar meets all safety and hygiene standards at all times
