Position Description

Η θέση του Bar Manager αφορά τη συνολική διαχείριση των bars, την ανάπτυξη της λίστας ποτών και cocktails και την επίβλεψη του bar προσωπικού. Πλήρης, εποχική απασχόληση.

Responsibilities

Διαχείριση και εκπαίδευση του bar προσωπικού

Παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων και προμηθειών

Δημιουργία καινοτόμων cocktails και ποτών

Διασφάλιση άριστης εμπειρίας επισκεπτών

Requirements

Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση, 3+ έτη

Γνώση mixology και bar management

Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών

Άριστη επικοινωνία και ομαδικότητα
