Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for
one experienced
and
one junior
dry cargo shipbroker for freight trading, located in Marousi. The shipbrokers will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations in dry cargo freight trading, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining relationships with clients and shipowners, conducting market research, and ensuring contract compliance. The roles involve frequent communication and coordination with various stakeholders to optimize the use of the company's fleet.

Qualifications for the experienced

  • Proven experience in dry cargo shipbroking on Handy and Supra segments
  • Experience in dry cargo voyage and time charter parties
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of contractual and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in Far East and subcontinent markets is an advantage
