Procurement Executive
to support our Procurement Director in managing international sourcing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, imports/exports, and supplier management, with the ability to ensure efficiency, cost optimization, and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Procurement Director in executing procurement strategies and initiatives
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct negotiations, and oversee contract execution
• Handle import/export processes, including documentation and coordination with freight forwarders
• Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvements
• Collaborate with internal departments (finance, logistics, operations) to align procurement activities with business needs
• Prepare reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making at management level
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or international trade
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience essential (Entersoft knowledge is a plus)
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
• Team-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced international environment
• Willingness to travel abroad occasionally
