Procurement Officer.
The ideal candidate will steer the process of the assigned projects in compliance with the corporate Procurement Procedure.

The role is located in our HQ premises at Marousi.

What you will be doing:

  • Review the specifications of the projects assigned and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct market research for new suppliers/contractors, products, and services
  • Prepare Request for Proposals (RFPs) documents
  • Handle the tender process in compliance with the Procurement Procedure and collaborate with the internal customers and the suppliers/contractors for the successful outcome of the supply process
  • Perform commercial evaluation, negotiate with suppliers/contractors, and report the tender results, recommending the best solution for the company
  • Issue the purchase orders in the SAP MM system, ensuring that all agreed terms and conditions with the suppliers/contractors are depicted on them
  • Cooperate with the legal team and the vendor for the finalization of the contracts based on the agreed prices and technical terms
  • Report, archive, and track the tender and purchasing documents
  • Follow up on contracts in SAP regarding their execution based on the agreed prices and commercial terms

Requirements

  • BSc in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or Finance
  • A minimum of four years of solid experience in procurement, preferably in Maintenance and IT sector.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written at a professional corporate level)
  • Previous experience in SAP MM would be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and tech savviness
  • Fulfilled Military Obligations (if appropriate)
