Job description

Ideoli Group is looking for a truly-dynamic experienced Marketing Manager (2-5 years of experience, minimum) to join its Athens based team. In this energetic role, you will work directly with the CEO and Brand Invigorator and will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs. The successful candidate will assist in the development of marketing collateral, track existing marketing campaigns and report on results and coordinate market research studies.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for but not limited to the following:


• Assist in monitoring active marketing projects and developing ways to improve those campaigns.


• Collaborate directly with the CEO on implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.


• Submit ideas for content for events, videos, blogs, case studies, brochures, magazines and press releases.


• Knowledge of social media organic channels and strategies.


• Facebook Business Suite scheduling


• Knowledge of Social media advertising tools


• Copywriting skills in English language


• Collaborate with freelance writers and content intern to create innovative ways to gain exposure for our products.


• Supports sales efforts by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analyses.


• Updates competitor database and conducts new client research.


• Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.


• Occasional travel to meet with partners and clients


• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments


• Knows GDPR requirements and comply with these practices.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing Advertising or related field, can multitask, be detailed oriented, have strong visual and verbal presentation skills, and be very organized.
    Must be extensively fluent in English language
    . It is important that you are self-driven and enthusiastic and be an ambassador for all things Ideoli. You should have project management skills and be stellar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and be able to learn Asana quickly. Some Adobe photoshop skills would be an advantage. The position includes the above but is not limited to these areas of concentration. Willingness to contribute, learn and grow with us is a must.
