About the Company
Faraday Norton is a dynamic, privately held investment group with a diversified portfolio across various industries and geographic regions. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Real Estate Operations & Development Manager to lead the growth, organization, and strategic rollout of our proptech ventures.
About the Role
This is a cross-functional leadership role that blends real estate expertise, operational management, financial acumen, and product insight.
You will leverage deep market knowledge to originate and evaluate investment-grade opportunities, working with agencies, developers, and investment partners, and ensure they are structured and presented in a way that attracts and serves investors on our platforms.
Operationally, you will build the organizational backbone of our ventures — designing processes, reporting frameworks, and KPIs that allow us to scale efficiently while ensuring smooth coordination across management, technology, partners, and investors.
A core part of your role will also be to support fundraising for real estate investments offered through the platforms. This includes preparing business plans, financial models, and investor materials; coordinating communication with stakeholders; and ensuring compliance and alignment with regulatory frameworks in different jurisdictions, including communication with regulators where required.
Finally, you will act as the bridge between business and technology, guiding the development team on product features, workflows, and user experience, ensuring the platforms are intuitive, competitive, and aligned with market needs.
This is a role for someone who wants to take ownership of initiatives end-to-end: sourcing opportunities, structuring investments, building scalable operations, and shaping product direction.

Key Responsibilities
Real Estate & Business Development
- Originate and evaluate investment-grade opportunities through agencies, developers, investment firms, and networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the real estate ecosystem.
- Act as a trusted advisor to investors, aligning opportunities with their criteria (ROI, yields, IRR, risk appetite).
Operations & Organizational Leadership
- Establish the organizational backbone of the proptech initiatives, including workflows, reporting, and team structures.
- Coordinate across functions (management, tech development, external advisors, agents, and investors) to ensure activities run in sync.
- Define and track KPIs for growth, adoption, and client satisfaction.
- Drive platform adoption by agents and investors, ensuring onboarding, training, and support are effective.
- Implement best practices in documentation, reporting, and communication, creating structure in a fast-moving environment.
Strategy & Fundraising
- Identify and structure real estate investment opportunities with strong potential for investor participation.
- Prepare and maintain investor materials (business plans, financial models, pitch decks, data rooms, market insights).
- Coordinate communications with investors and stakeholders during fundraising processes.
- Ensure compliance with fundraising requirements across different jurisdictions.
- Contribute to long-term growth strategy, advising on market entry, service expansion, and positioning.
Technology & Product Development
- Translate business and investor needs into product requirements.
- Advise on features, workflows, and UI/UX design to ensure platforms are intuitive, efficient, and competitive.
- Review and test platform updates, providing structured feedback to improve adoption by agents and investors.
- Align product development with business and fundraising priorities.
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in real estate, with experience sourcing or managing investment opportunities.
- Proven organizational and operational leadership skills.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, business planning, and fundraising processes.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with platforms, CRMs, and SaaS tools.
- Excellent communicator, able to operate across real estate, technology, and finance.
