AVIN INTERNATIONAL LTD is seeking a motivated junior professional to join its Accounting Team as an Assistant Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and record suppliers' invoices in the ERP system
  • Coordinate invoice approval processes and support payment execution
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding payments, discrepancies, and credit notes
  • Maintain and monitor inventory-related and port disbursement accounting records
  • Review and register employee expense reimbursements, air ticket invoices, and other accounting transactions, according to operational needs

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or a related field with a strong accounting focus
  • One year of experience in a similar accounting role
  • High numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
