Job Description
  • Register company expenses and fixed assets invoices in ERP.
  • Perform reconciliation of General Ledger accounts & other specific accounts.
  • Participate in the preparation and submission of monthly tax returns by the indicated deadlines.
  • Ensure proper classification of accounting entries in the MyDATA platform.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled local and group reports.
  • Contribute to month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Requirements

  • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial and accounting operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experienced with ERP solutions and accounting software (e.g., Entersoft).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
  • Experience with general ledger functions.
  • Proficient in English and Greek (verbal and written communication).
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
