Core Responsibilities

As a Junior IT Support Engineer, your role will be primarily assistive and supportive, working closely with the Senior IT associates to ensure the smooth operation of internal systems and users' support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in troubleshooting basic network, hardware, and software issues.
  • Support the IT team in configuring and maintaining network devices.
  • Resolve users' connectivity problems, VPN access, and account issues.
  • Provide support with user account creation, permission management, and use of cloud platforms (Azure, Office 365).
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to document IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred but not a must).
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Office 365) would be considered a plus.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Team spirit, positive personality.
