We are seeking an
experienced Project Manager
to lead and coordinate
information technology projects in the public sector
. The role focuses on the successful delivery of digital solutions, information systems, and modernization initiatives that support public administration and citizen services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex IT projects, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong ability to engage effectively with public sector stakeholders, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.

What you'll do:

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end management of IT implementation projects for public sector organizations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with contractual and business requirements.
  • Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, progress reports, and risk registers.
  • Ensure adherence to public procurement, documentation, and reporting procedures.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact between public sector clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with technical and functional experts to ensure project goals meet user and organizational needs.
  • Facilitate communication among multiple stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure project deliverables meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee acceptance testing, user training, and handover procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices.

Team & Vendor Coordination

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams, ensuring effective task allocation and follow-up.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors and technology providers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional development within the project team.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience
    (5+ years) managing IT projects, preferably within or for
    public sector organizations
    .
  • Familiarity with information systems
    , digital transformation, or public administration workflows.
  • Strong project management skills
    , including planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience with
    public procurement frameworks
    , contracts, and project reporting obligations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in
    project management methodologies
    (Agile, PRINCE2, PM², or similar).
  • Excellent
    communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
