On behalf of our client, a leading organization in the energy and utilities sector, we are seeking a System Engineer to join a forward-thinking team that plays a vital role in delivering reliable and efficient energy solutions across the region.

Your day-to-day

  • Design, plan, and deploy IT infrastructure solutions aligned with corporate goals and technology standards
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and deliver timely, effective resolutions
  • Research and assess new technologies to improve performance, reliability, and user experience
  • Support and train end users and internal IT teams on systems and applications
  • Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, procedures, and inventories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless IT operations

What You will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
    (TEI OR AEI)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations or workplace engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, Office 365, MS Exchange, and related technologies
  • Solid understanding of IT service management and delivery frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with IT security tools and principles (antivirus, encryption, VPNs, identity management)
