TELCOCOM DATA HELLAS, a subsidiary of FiberHome, a global leader in optical networking and digital infrastructure solutions, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Fibre Optic Infrastructure (PPC Projects) team. As a Project Manager at Telcocom Data Hellas, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing complex projects in fibre optic infrastructure, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, managing resources, timelines, and all project-related communication. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage fibre optic infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
  • Prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during project implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the telecommunications industry, specifically with fibre optic projects.
  • Strong understanding of FTTH network deployment and optical fibre systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
