Κύρια Καθήκοντα:

  • Οργάνωση και διαχείριση του έργου από την έναρξη έως την ολοκλήρωση
  • Δημιουργία και παρακολούθηση αναλυτικών χρονοδιαγραμμάτων (Gantt, MS Project κ.ά.)
  • Κατανομή και διαχείριση πόρων (ανθρώπινων, υλικών, εξοπλισμού, subcontractors)
  • Παρακολούθηση εργοταξιακής προόδου, επίλυση τεχνικών ζητημάτων & αποκλίσεων
  • Έλεγχος προϋπολογισμού, κοστολόγησης, εκτιμήσεων κόστους και οικονομικών αναθεωρήσεων
  • Παραγωγή αναφορών προόδου, κόστους και κινδύνου προς τη Διοίκηση
  • Διαχείριση συμβατικών υποχρεώσεων και παρακολούθηση αδειοδοτήσεων / παραλαβών
  • Επικοινωνία με επιβλέποντες, εργολάβους, μελετητικά γραφεία και αρμόδιες αρχές
  • Διασφάλιση ορθής ροής εγγράφων, compliance διαδικασιών και συστήματος ποιότητας
  • Υποστήριξη των εργοταξίων σε logistics, αποστολές, τεχνική τεκμηρίωση & ανάγκες έργου

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Δίπλωμα Πολιτικού Μηχανικού ή συναφούς ειδικότητας (ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ)
  • Προϋπηρεσία 5–10 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση, με έμφαση σε μεγάλα έργα
  • Άριστη γνώση εργαλείων διαχείρισης έργων (MS Project, Primavera, Excel)
  • Οργανωτικές και ηγετικές ικανότητες, αποφασιστικότητα και ευελιξία
  • Καλή γνώση τεχνικής νομοθεσίας και διαδικασιών δημοσίων έργων (εφόσον εφαρμόζεται)
  • Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και διαχείρισης ομάδων


Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Μεταπτυχιακό ή Πιστοποίηση
  • Εμπειρία σε έργα του Δημοσίου, ΣΔΙΤ ή πολυπλοκότητας (νοσοκομεία, υποδομές)
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση subcontractors & συμβατικών θεμάτων
