We are seeking an experienced
Career
Office Manager
to take ownership of the overall organization and smooth operation of our Headquarters. The role combines office administration, facility coordination, and executive support for the HR Department. This position requires a professional with strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational ability, and a proactive mindset to ensure an efficient, welcoming, and high-performing workplace environment. Working hours:
09:00 - 18:00.
Responsibilities

  • Ensure the professional image, functionality, and daily operation of the company's offices
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
  • Supervise front office operations and support administrative processes for all departments
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure office needs are met efficiently
  • Maintain office security procedures and manage visitor access
  • Support HR with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates through digital platforms
  • Oversee office supply management, expense monitoring, and procurement
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and internal events
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements for greater office efficiency and employee satisfaction
  • Support the HR Manager in various projects and act as a reliable liaison for management and staff

Requirements

  • +10 years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative leadership role
  • Strong command of English and Greek (written and verbal)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and digital collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive, polished, and service-driven attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. A Master's degree or specialized certification in Office Management will be considered an asset
