Ο όμιλος MAD GYM Boutique, με καταστήματα σε Κέντρο (Αγίας Σοφίας & Ερμού), Χαριλάου, Καλαμαριά και σύντομα σε Εύοσμο & Θέρμη, αναζητά έναν Boutique Area Manager για να ηγηθεί και να αναπτύξει τις boutique μονάδες μας, διασφαλίζοντας άριστη εμπειρία μελών και αποτελεσματική λειτουργία.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχείριση και εποπτεία των λειτουργιών όλων των boutique καταστημάτων.
  • Καθοδήγηση, ανάπτυξη και παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης προσωπικού (Personal Trainers, Pilates Instructors, Reception).
  • Παρακολούθηση KPI και εφαρμογή στρατηγικών βελτίωσης αποτελεσματικότητας.
  • Δημιουργία καινοτόμων προγραμμάτων και premium εμπειριών για τα μέλη.
  • Διασφάλιση της ποιότητας υπηρεσιών και του brand image του MAD GYM Boutique.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε διαχείριση boutique γυμναστηρίου ή υψηλών προτύπων fitness χώρων.
  • Ικανότητα ηγεσίας, team management και ανάπτυξης προσωπικού.
  • Στρατηγική σκέψη και ικανότητα επίτευξης στόχων.
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές & οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Πάθος για fitness και άριστη εμπειρία πελατών.
