Property Manager - Yamas Real Estate Management

Location: Thessaloniki, Central Macedonia, Greece

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent property performance, tenant and Home-owner satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will oversee residential properties – both long and short-term, ranging from newly launched developments to investment villas in locations like Thermi and its surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Maintenance: Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance, ensuring properties are kept in top condition. Oversee contractors, service vendors, and ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Tenant Relations: Serve as primary tenant liaison; handle inquiries, complaints, lease renewals, moves in/out. Ensure high occupancy rates and maintain rental income targets
  • Financial Management: Prepare monthly/quarterly rent rolls, expense reports, and P&L statements. Collect rent from tenants, monitor and assist with budgeting and financial forecasts
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with Greek property laws, safety regulations, and lease terms. Conduct periodic property inspections and coordinate insurance matters
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to promote the selling of units. Support viewings, lease negotiations, and onboarding for short-term or holiday rentals
  • Client & Investor Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports on occupancy, revenue, costs. Present insights to investors, highlighting returns and market trends
  • The position requires a balance between office work and outdoor visits

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of property management (long/short) experience in Greece (past experience in Thessaloniki is considered an asset)
  • Strong knowledge of Greek rental/landlord laws, safety, and building regulations
  • Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Financial acumen; experience with budgeting, rent collection, and P&L
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in property management tools and MS Office
  • Valid Greek drivers license and availability for property site visits across the region
  • Added plus: University degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field
