H εταιρεία Hell Greece με ηγετική θέση στην αγορά των ενεργειακών ποτών στην Ελλάδα, στο πλαίσιο ανάπτυξης των δραστηριοτήτων στον τομέα των πωλήσεων της, ενδιαφέρεται να προσλάβει Area Sales Manager για την περιοχή της Βορείας Ελλάδας με έδρα την Θεσσαλονίκη.

Ως Area Sales Manager θα είσαι υπεύθυνος για την επιτυχή υλοποίηση του πλάνου ανάπτυξης πωλήσεων της ομάδας σου, στην περιοχή της ευθύνης εστιάζοντας στην αποτελεσματική ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση του πελατολογίου και εφαρμόζοντας στοχευμένες δράσεις για την ενεργοποιήσει των καναλιών πωλήσεων.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Έλεγχος , Παρακολούθηση και συντονισμός της ομάδας Πωλήσεων.
  • Αναζήτηση, επιλογή αξιολόγηση και συνεχής εκπαίδευση του τμήματος πωλήσεων.
  • Υποστήριξη , καθοδήγηση και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας πωλήσεων με σκοπό την βελτίωση των ικανοτήτων και των αποτελεσμάτων τους στην αγορά.
  • Επίτευξη των συμφωνημένων ποσοτικών και ποιοτικών στόχων πωλήσεων της εταιρείας με συγκεκριμένους δείκτες KPI'S .
  • Διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη υφιστάμενου πελατολογίου με δείκτες KPI'S.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία 3 έτη στο χώρο της λιανικής πώλησης στον τομέα FMCG.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε διαχείριση ομάδας πωλήσεων .
  • Προσανατολισμός στην επίτευξη των στόχων.
  • Αναπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Εμπορική αντίληψη.
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου.
  • Πολύ Καλή Γνώση Αγγλικών.
  • Πολύ Kαλή γνώση Η/Υ και Ms Office
