Let's start with the role

As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for PPC campaigns (Paid Search, Display, PMAX and App promotion), which are the core of Kaizen Gaming's digital marketing activities. You will be a key member of the Performance Marketing team, based in our Athens HQ, working to achieve the organization's objectives and goals.

You will join a friendly, data-driven team, working closely with international marketing teams and partner agencies that support our digital campaigns. Your role will involve monitoring and optimizing PPC campaign performance to align with our overall strategy and commercial targets.

• Manage and take ownership of PPC campaigns, across major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Apple Search, Microsoft ads etc.);
• Set-up and manage PPC campaigns, focusing on bidding optimization, account audits, keyword/ad optimisation and mining and, ad copy generation;
• Collaborate with creative teams to generate and enhance digital assets;
• Maintain an insightful reporting process on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to improve efficiency over CPA and ROI through various reporting tools;
• Regularly analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
• Prepare and present performance reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and the broader marketing team;
• Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends and competitors' PPC strategies;
• Collaborate with the SEO team to generate insights and identify market-specific opportunities;
• Work closely with the broader performance marketing and overall marketing team to align PPC strategies with broader marketing goals and campaigns;
• Coordinate with other departments and local teams to support integrated marketing efforts.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Statistics/Data analysis or other relevant fields or equivalent practical experience;
• 4 years of hands-on experience in Paid Search advertising, preferably in an agency environment; experience in the iGaming Industry is considered a plus;
• Fluent spoken and written English skills;
• Strong business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents;
• Advanced Excel/Spreadsheet skills are essential;
• A data-driven mindset with strong aptitude for numerical detail and analysis;
• Passionate for problem-solving and innovation;
• A structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks;
• Ability to take initiative and create business development opportunities with excellent project management skills;
• A collaborative team spirit with the ability to navigate and influence within a complex business environment and interact with multiple internal teams to provide solutions;
• Automation tactics and code scripting abilities are considered a plus.
