Online Community Moderator

Overview
We are looking for a full-time Online Community Moderator to join our team. In this role, you will help us build and maintain safe, engaging, and high-integrity online communities. If you have experience moderating forums, social platforms, or digital communities, this is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in a professional setting.
Duties
- Monitor and review user-generated content across multiple platforms (forums, communities, and social media).
- Apply community standards and platform guidelines to ensure positive interactions.
- Identify, flag, or remove inappropriate or harmful content.
- Contribute to developing scalable moderation workflows and best practices.
- Collaborate with other moderators, safety teams, and content managers to strengthen community trust.
Experience
- Experience in online community moderation (forums, platforms, or social media).
- Strong understanding of content and community guidelines.
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to remain objective.
- Emotional resilience and ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.
- Familiarity with moderation tools, dashboards, or AI-assisted systems is a plus.
