About the position
ERMA FIRST ESK Engineering Solutions S.A is seeking to hire a Group Purchasing Agent to join our growing team:
Main responsibilities
Responsible for international and domestic vendor management of materials of products, ensuring timely delivery, cost effectiveness and quality.
Researching and comparing suppliers, goods, and services.
Selecting the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency.
Requesting cost proposals and negotiating contracts and prices.
Preparing and processing purchase orders.
Responsible for vendor agreements (negotiations in prices, quantities, discounts, payment terms etc.)
Acts as a liaison between accounting and vendors upon request
Ensure quality of purchased products and services provided by vendors.
Requirements:
Working experience in the manufacturing industry will be considered as a strong plus
Experience in similar position
Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral English
Customer orientation and excellent communication skills
Dynamic personality with multitasking skills
Ability to negotiate effectively with customers
