About the position

ERMA FIRST ESK Engineering Solutions S.A is seeking to hire a Group Purchasing Agent to join our growing team:

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for international and domestic vendor management of materials of products, ensuring timely delivery, cost effectiveness and quality.

  • Researching and comparing suppliers, goods, and services.

  • Selecting the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency.

  • Requesting cost proposals and negotiating contracts and prices.

  • Preparing and processing purchase orders.

  • Responsible for vendor agreements (negotiations in prices, quantities, discounts, payment terms etc.)

  • Acts as a liaison between accounting and vendors upon request

  • Ensure quality of purchased products and services provided by vendors.

Requirements:

  • Working experience in the manufacturing industry will be considered as a strong plus

  • Experience in similar position

  • Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral English

  • Customer orientation and excellent communication skills

  • Dynamic personality with multitasking skills

  • Ability to negotiate effectively with customers
