Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Athens, Greece, to lead and expand the group's commercial initiatives across all properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan, strengthening partnerships with key market segments, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a proactive and business-oriented professional with strong communication and negotiation skills.

COO/ Managing Partners

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual sales plan in alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities across tourism partners, corporate clients, and international markets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the group in exhibitions, conference events, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Revenue and Marketing teams to ensure consistent market approach.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and periodic performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Sales within the hospitality industry, preferably in multi-property environments.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build long-term partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Greek and English.
