Grivalia Management Company S.A. is hiring a Portfolio Assistant to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a part of the commercial investment portfolio ranging from the acquisition of the properties to the sale of them.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiation with tenants & drafting new lease agreements/addendums/lease terminations in coordination with legal department.
  • Communication with tenants for legal/financial/technical issues arising from the lease agreement (in close cooperation and coordination with technical/ legal/ finance department).
  • Collect, analyze and present data to support top management reporting.
  • Dealing with issues regarding property valuation, insurance, facilities management, and monitoring rent collections of the properties under management.
  • Regular monitoring of the properties under management expenses, provide information for annual budget and analysis when necessary.
  • Preparation of the presentations concerning the properties under management to the relevant Committee.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate or engineering or finance or, Business Administration, Property Development or in a relevant area of study, ideally combined with an MSc or MBA.
  • Previous working experience in property - asset management / property valuation / real estate development will be considered an asset.
  • Analytical thinking, communication and presentation skills (in oral and writing in Greek and English), and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, multitasking ability between complex projects.
  • Results oriented, motivated, and driven by delivering successful outcomes.
