About the Role

On the B2C Proposition side: As Ant1+ continues to evolve in terms of content offering & product enhancements, the 'value proposition' and its core elements (e.g. proposition portfolio, price per product, etc.) as well as the associated marketing activities (ad hoc promotional offers to new & existing subscribers, retention of existing customer base, design and execution of associated acquisition/retention campaigns, etc.) are both vital part of the day-to-day activities for this role.

On the B2B Partnerships side: As ANT1+ continues to grow the role will be responsible for developing partnerships so that customers can sign up for and watch ANT1+ through many different acquisition channels and services. The purpose of the role will be to foster and develop these partnerships for the longer term, as well as seeking new partnership opportunities. The role will focus on (i) partnerships with ISPs, MNOs and MVPDs in Greece and Cyprus, and (ii) on regional relationships with Consumer Electronic and Retail partners. The role will drive partnerships from a commercial basis, and will work closely with colleagues in Product and Marketing to find the optimal ways of working with partners balancing between, both regionally or at country level.

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial growth (Acquisition, Retention, Base development, Sales channels development, proposition & offer management)
  • Strategic B2B partnerships
  • Exploration of new relationships that can help drive subscriptions and engagement
  • CRM activities & marketing communications in collaboration with Group marketing function (both for upsell and for retention/ extending customers' life-cycle)
  • Commercial performance of the B2C product/proposition
  • Commercially successful B2B partnerships with key players in the consumer/retail services market

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development in MVPD, ISP, CE, Payments, or adjacent sectors, with demonstrated success.
  • Strong digital and internet culture fit with awareness of current trends.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid understanding of the CE and/or MNO retail landscape is desirable.
  • Background in technology and/or content is a strong asset.
  • Deep familiarity with the Greek digital product distribution landscape.
  • Proven ability to build and manage partnerships effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
  • High ethical standards and alignment with the core values of Antenna Group.
