Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced German Speaking B2B Sales Agent in Athens, offering a competitive salary of 2000 Euro per month. We are looking for dynamic individuals who possess a strong sales background and fluency in the German language. In this role, you will leverage your experience to effectively drive sales and foster relationships with our valued business clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain B2B clients in the German-speaking market
  • Engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking efforts to generate new business leads
  • Deliver compelling product presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and solutions our services offer
  • Utilize your expertise to navigate the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Work closely with internal teams, providing insights and feedback to enhance our offerings based on client needs
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets while actively contributing to team goals

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build rapport effectively
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently yet collaboratively within a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the drive to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to a changing market landscape
