Position Overview: The Fleet Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with fleet partners to ensure smooth operations, drive business growth, and enhance overall partner satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between the company and its fleet partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship & Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all fleet partners, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of partner accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly and effectively..
- Conduct regular performance and satisfaction reviews to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Performance Optimization:
- Collaborate with fleet partners to optimize vehicle availability, utilization, and quality standards.
- Analyze data to track partner performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer support) to meet fleet partner needs.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to ensure mutual business success.
Business Growth:
- Identify and onboard new fleet partners to expand the network.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize partner contributions to the business.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all fleet partners adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Provide training and support to fleet partners on compliance requirements and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 1,400.00€ - 2,000.00€ per month
