About the role: We are looking for a sharp, detail- oriented Accountant to join our team in Athens. In this crucial role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, ensuring everything is compliant with accounting standards and tax regulations. Key duties & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing comprehensive Accounting and Tax services to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
• Collaborating with a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned clients, addressing their accounting needs and offering insightful financial guidance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in line with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with external audits by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Demonstrating the highest standards of business ethics in all interactions.
• Ensuring timely, thorough, and accurate completion of all assigned work.

We are looking for a professional who aligns with our values and has the following qualifications and skills:

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of working experience in Accounting, with a preference for a backgrounf in an accounting firm.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; Familiarity with Epsilon Net is a plus.
• Expertise: Ability to draft VAT returns, Corporate Income Tax returns and Financial Statements.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Greek and English.
