Delidakis & Associates P.C. is a financial consulting and tax-accounting firm based in Athens - Pagrati, Greece. We specialize in financial and tax accounting services for domestic and international companies doing business in Greece.

This is a full-time role as an Accountant in our firm. The ideal candidate will be involved with data entry in double-entry books, financial reporting, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and assisting with tax preparation, VAT, and withholding taxes. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Invoice - data entry
  • Financial reporting
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting
  • Tax statements preparation
  • VAT and withholding tax preparation
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
  • Prepare tax documents

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in an accounting office or accounting department, managing double-entry books
  • Excellent English communication
  • Knowledge of VAT preparation and familiarity with relevant regulations and laws
  • Microsoft Excel and reporting familiarity
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with Epsilon accounting software will be considered a plus
