Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at our Head Office located in Aigaleo, Athens. The Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial tasks, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. We are seeking for professionals to assist our multinational clientele with accounting, domestic and international tax law matters, reporting and decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping process.
  • Filing and reviewing tax returns (VAT, withholding taxes, etc.).
  • Prepare Reporting Packages
  • Prepare Financial Reports
  • Collaborating with teams to work on various accounting projects

Qualifications

  • At least three (3) years of work experience as an accountant
  • University Degree in Finance/ Accounting or Business Administration
  • Master's Degree will be considered as a plus
  • Prior working experience as Senior Accountant or Senior Auditor will be preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and particularly in Excel
  • Knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards
  • Accounting principles and financial reporting skills
  • Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
