About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive 
Accountant
 to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations, and be responsible for payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and reconcile accounting entries
  • Monitor receivables and payables
  • Prepare VAT, payroll taxes, and other tax declarations
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants
  • Process monthly payroll and HR support (salary calculations, contributions, ERGANI submissions)

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the pharmaceutical industry desirable)
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards (ELP), knowledge of IFRS desirable.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SoftOne knowledge desirable)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with payroll procedures and tools
  • Very good command of English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
