Your Responsibilities- Deliver high-end customer service to Danish-speaking clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Assist customers with reservations, travel changes, and any issues that may arise during their journey.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Document customer interactions accurately for service improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Participate in training to stay updated on services and luxury protocols.
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in high-end customer service or hospitality is highly valued.
- A strong passion for providing exceptional travel experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenges with grace and professionalism.
