Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking passengers through various communication channels.
- Efficiently handle inquiries, issues, and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document and manage customer interactions to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a culture of service excellence.
- Engage in regular training to deepen your knowledge of services and products offered by the airline.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A genuine passion for customer service and high-end hospitality.
- Experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
