In this distinguished position, you will be the face of the airline, assisting Swedish-speaking passengers with their inquiries, bookings, and any travel-related needs. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering five-star service
Your Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Swedish-speaking passengers via multiple communication channels.
- Assist customers with bookings, changes, and inquiries, ensuring they receive the utmost care and support.
- Address and resolve any concerns or issues quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve service quality and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about airline policies, procedures, and promotional campaigns to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong background in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- A passion for travel and providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
