Τι θα κάνεις στην καθημερινότητά σου:

  • Δημιουργία & διαχείριση καρτελών πελατών στο Soft1.
  • Καταχώριση παραγγελιών, δημιουργία παραστατικών και υποστήριξη της ροής order-to-invoice.
  • Εφαρμογή εκπτώσεων, τιμοκαταλόγων και εμπορικών συμφωνιών στο ERP.
  • Παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων και υποστήριξη της επικοινωνίας με την αποθήκη.
  • Εξαγωγή reports & exports για πωλήσεις, αποθέματα και λογιστήριο.
  • Συνεργασία με sales, logistics και accounting teams για άμεση και σωστή εκτέλεση διαδικασιών.

Τι χρειάζεσαι για να πετύχεις:

  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στο ERP Soft1 – είναι απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση.
  • Background σε λογιστική, οικονομικά ή εμπορική διαχείριση.
  • Εξαιρετική προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, οργανωτικότητα και συνέπεια.
  • Καλή γνώση Excel και άνεση με ψηφιακά εργαλεία γραφείου
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα γιατί μόνο "μαζί" πάμε μπροστά

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε εταιρεία χονδρικής ή B2B περιβάλλον.
  • Εμπειρία με διαχείριση αποθήκης / εμπορικής ροής.
