Εμπειρία: 1–2+ χρόνια σε πραγματικό περιβάλλον (όχι μόνο IG stories για φίλες )

Στη GR8 Communication αναζητούμε έναν Social Media Manager με δημιουργική σπίθα και στρατηγικό μυαλό. Κάποιον που αγαπά τα social, ζει για τα briefs, και έχει πάντα ένα καλό caption έτοιμο στο μυαλό.

Τι θα κάνεις:


• Δημιουργία content βασισμένου στο brand voice κάθε πελάτη & στην επικαιρότητα


• Δημιουργία περιεχομένου για Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & σύνταξη captions, τίτλων και περιγραφών (η γνώση X/Twitter & LinkedIn είναι plus αλλά όχι must)


• Παρακολούθηση trends & hashtags σε όλες τις πλατφόρμες


• Κατανόηση performance reports από διαφημιστικές καμπάνιες και κατανόηση KPIs


• Προγραμματισμός περιεχομένου μέσω Meta Business Suite (γνώση Buffer ή Hootsuite είναι bonus, όχι απαραίτητο)


• Δημιουργία νέων προτάσεων για social media accounts & περιεχόμενο προς παρουσίαση σε πελάτες


• Video editing (short & long form) με CapCut και Canva (η χρήση τους είναι απαραίτητη – αν ξέρεις κι άλλα προγράμματα, ακόμα καλύτερα)


• Χρήση AI εργαλείων για δημιουργία περιεχομένου = μεγάλο plus


• Άμεση επικοινωνία με πελάτες, καθημερινή συνεργασία με την ομάδα & συμμετοχή σε συναντήσεις, briefings και παρουσιάσεις — γιατί το να είσαι GR8 στην επικοινωνία δεν είναι απλώς προσόν, είναι κομμάτι της δουλειάς

Τι ψάχνουμε:


• 1–2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε social media management


• Εξαιρετική γνώση αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά)


• Υψηλή δημιουργικότητα και φρέσκες ιδέες


• Copywriting skills + visual αντίληψη


• Γνώση META περιβάλλοντος και digital εργαλείων


• Social skills, εξυπηρέτηση πελατών & επικοινωνιακή ευελιξία — γιατί σε θέλουμε πραγματικά GR8 στην επικοινωνία
