Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the role

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World's 50 Best Hotels ), we are seeking a highly engaged Public Area Attendant for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract) .

What You Will Do

• To assist the housekeeping department in maintaining cleanliness of the hotel, in public areas, by performing a variety of assigned routine tasks in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• The public area attendant is responsible for the upkeep and storage for all the cleaning equipment assigned to them.
• Anticipates guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction. Offers a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.
• To check, clean and restock all public area restrooms and all lobby areas.
• To be responsible for reporting any malfunctioning equipment.
• To carry out any other cleaning duties as specified by supervisor.

What You Bring

• Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.
• Good verbal communication skills in English are essential.

Schedule & Hours

• Summer Seasonal Job - 5 working days per week, with 2 days off.
• Schedule is changing every week according to business needs.
