About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Spa & Wellness Department in Pylos, the Spa Housekeeping Attendant ensures the cleanliness of different rooms and areas, preparing the facilities, sanitizing tools and equipment, monitoring the inventory of supplies, and assisting massage therapists as needed. The Spa Housekeeping Attendant reports to the Spa Housekeeping Supervisor.

As Spa Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare daily all spa refreshments and linen.

• Check stock requirements daily for the adequate supply of materials used daily.

• Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the spa.

• Perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties, responsibilities as required by the position and any additional assigned by the HOD.

• Follow all Standards and Procedures as demonstrated by manager.

• Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests, in the absence of the spa concierge.

• Attend daily briefings and monthly spa meetings.

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire Spa in particular the changing rooms, toilets, showers, relaxation areas, fitness and wellness centre, heat and water facilities and pool. All areas must be maintained clean, tidy, and sanitised in accordance with the Standards and Procedure and Health and Safety Standards.

As Spa Housekeeping Attendant, we expect from you:

• 1 year of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment.

• 1 year of housekeeping experience.

• Fluency in English.
