Right now, we are looking for a passionate and self-driven Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team, with strong entrepreneurial spirit, ready to manage & drive change for one of our most dynamically growing brands in the market.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Demonstrate thorough market and consumer trends analysis and understanding, generating meaningful conclusions and strong insights.
  • Contribute to brand strategy and own brand positioning.
  • Develop Annual Brand Plans across Brand, Trade Marketing and Sales to deliver business objectives.
  • Create organizational alignment and commitment to effectively roll out the planned activities across commercial functions (Sales, Trade, Marketing). Work closely with the sales team. 
  • Consistently track performance, market and brand health and propose improvements. 
  • Responsible for the briefing – debriefing process, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders to deliver winning marketing plans.
  • Manage agencies and champion brand building content.
  • Understand the power of different touchpoints and orchestrate the delivery of overall media plan and digital strategy.
  • Hold responsibility of brand sponsorships and experiential activations.
  • Responsible for Packaging development of existing or new SKUs.
  • Budget management, ongoing monitoring, and control.

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree at postgraduate level (preferably marketing related studies).
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in brand management.
  • Holistic business understanding and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and strong analytical skills, ability to work effectively within teams as well as independently.
  • Experience in digital and social media platforms and technologies.
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
